Cursó la Licenciatura en Artes Visuales en la ENAP y la Universidad de Guanajuato. Ha exhibido su obra en México, E.E. U.U. y Uruguay. Su práctica artística la ha desarrollado en las disciplinas de la pintura, el dibujo, la fotografía, el performance y relacionándolas entre sí; a la par ha trabajado proyectos curatoriales y relacionados al mercado del arte como valuadora e investigadora, lo cual ha repercutido en su búsqueda artística personal.
Su obra plástica está estrechamente ligada con la literatura y se ha visto enriquecida con la creación de proyectos en conjunto con escritores: "Las cosas por su nombre" con la autora uruguaya Natalia Chargoñia y recientemente la novela negra "El gran cuadro" del escritor español Óscar Fernández. Los títulos de sus obras citan a literatos como Mario Benedetti, Jaime Sabines, Haruki Murakami y Ernesto Sábato.

Los "Aullidos" forman parte de "El extraño privilegio", un proyecto en el que la artista reflexiona en torno a la condición del enfermo crónico, particularmente (y por su historia personal) aquel que padece de una enfermedad autoinmune. El título de la serie refiere a un fragmento del cuento "El fin de la disnea" de Mario Benedetti: "Pero si mis compañeros de clan defeccionaban, si uno a uno iban vendiendo su dignidad de asmáticos por el mezquino precio de una salud masificada, entonces ¿dónde quedaba mi extraño privilegio?"

She studied Visual Arts in ENAP and Universidad de Guanajuato. She has exhibited her work in Mexico, the United States and Uruguay. She has developed her practice in disciplines such as painting, drawing, photography, performance and relating them with each other; at the same time, she have developed curatorial projects and other ones related to the art market as appraiser and researcher, all of which has influenced her personal artistic exploration.
Her artwork is closely linked to literature, which has allowed her to create joint projects with writers: "Las cosas por su nombre" with Uruguayan author Natalia Chargoñia, and recently the black novel "El gran cuadro" by Spanish writer Óscar Fernández. The titles of her work often quote important literary figures such as Mario Benedetti, Jaime Sabines, Haruki Murakami and Ernesto Sábato.

"Aullidos" belong to "El extraño privilegio", a project in which the artist ponders about the condition of a patient who suffers from a chronic disease, particularly (due to her personal history) an autoimmune illness. The title of the series refers to a fragment of the short story "El fin de la disnea" by Mario Benedetti: "But if my clan partners deserted, if one by one they sold their asthmatic dignity for the petty price of massive health, then where would my strange privilege be left?"
